Announcements

A simple way to post team-wide announcements through the panel instead of typing them out again in Discord - create the announcement once, and everyone with access to the module can see it.

Announcements are meant for things the whole team should see at a glance when they open the panel - policy changes, upcoming downtime, "please do X before Friday" type messages. For anything that needs a discussion or replies, Discord itself is still the better tool; Announcements is one-directional by design.
