Create message via panel does not work
As already mentioned several times, there can be many different reasons for this.
Here is a list of reasons why a message cannot be sent.
Violates Discord's Terms of Service
Bot lacks permission to view the channel
Bot lacks permission to send messages in the channel
The channel is locked or restricted
The message exceeds the maximum character limit
The message contains too many embeds
The message contains too many attachments
Message format is invalid or contains malformed content
Exceeds Discord's rate limits
Contains prohibited or banned content
Discord API encountered an internal error
The target channel or server does not exist
Network or connectivity issues occurred
