Grievance Box (Kummerkasten)

The Grievance Box is a way for team members to raise concerns, feedback or complaints anonymously, without it being tied to their name.

Anyone on the team can submit a message through this box. Submissions are anonymous by design - the panel doesn't show who sent it, and that's the point: it exists for the feedback people wouldn't otherwise say out loud, especially in smaller or more hierarchical teams where speaking up directly can feel risky.

People with manage_kummerkasten see incoming submissions and can mark them as handled. Because submissions are anonymous, there's no built-in way to reply to a specific person - if a conversation needs to happen, that has to be arranged separately (e.g. an open Discord announcement addressing the topic in general).
