Statistics

If your server uses the bot's ticket system, this module shows ticket statistics right in the panel - no need to dig through Discord history to see who's handling how many tickets.

Statistics are synced from the live ticket data periodically, so there can be a short delay between something happening in a ticket and it showing up here - it's meant for a general overview, not a live dashboard.

This is mainly useful for team leads who want a quick sense of workload distribution without asking each support member individually how many tickets they've closed this week.
